Being new to this blogging thing I hope that I am doing this right . So here goes......

I have recently been dx. after years of being sick. HMO's today would rather treat the health than to find an

actually problem . Well after several doctors . I was dx. MCTD with moderate to severe RA,mild lupus, myositis,raynauds,Legally blind,steno sis (most of my spine and neck),paraplegia,vasculitis,neuropathy,IBS,sjorgen'sand
COPD
Was told that I am rare to have the RA effect my spine so bad but my joints are just starting to turn crooked . It's affecting most my joints,hips are bad.My hands are bad. So my typing is awful. My calf is atrophied some but I can still walk a few feet at a time (most days in the house) with crutches or walker.I use a wheelchair when we are out.

I'm married with two adult daughters and one dog. Christian to the core. If I didn't have the Lord to help me through this junk I know that I wouldn't have made it this far.
I've so far tried a number of DMARDS and been allergic to all. With my copd I can take bio. drugs. SO they have no other meds that they can offer me. Haven't been able to work since March 2006. now on SSDI and waiting for medicare (this will be another year to wait)

Well that's a little about me. Feels weird writing about myself . I guess compare to some of you I'm not doing as badly. But it is nice to have some more people that I can pray for.
