One day at work, I decided to take a break and check out an antique store about two blocks away. I stood on the corner and waited for the light to turn green. When it did, I stepped into the street and heard a loud screech. It seemed to come from far away.
I looked up in the direction of the sound only to see a BMW emblem in my face. Not a foot away, not an inch away. It was so close I could have kissed the grill. The driver had made an illegal left turn and come a hair within killing me.
From that day to this I believe God has his hand on my life -- and that I will someday own a BMW :)
I know what you mean about the weather, rain cold, no rain humid, tordadoes, then cold again. Oh well it "is what it is". I am hoping the flu season doesn't get any worse!
