You know what I forget just how much we can learn from talking with each other. Do you know I'd never heard of Pelvic Floor Dysfuntion before you mentioned it. Wow the body is a beautiful and very complicated machine. Anyway you take care and I hope everything goes well with you. I will have to look that up so that I will understand what it means better. Good morning how are you? It's been a while. I've been kind of busy trying to stick to a diet plan and get some kind of exercise. I'm doing good though. Have also been busy getting repairs done to the house before the weather changes.  Are you guys getting cold weather yet?

Hey alabamagirl, Rolltide! I am from Huntsville. I also suffer from depression. I guess I am bipolar. I used to be diagnosed as borderline manic. What do you do when you go in the deep dark hole? That is how I describe my depression, or do you go there? I'm sorry to hear about your IC. It sounds very painful. There isn't really a name for my disability. I had brain surgery Jan. 2006 and have been messed up ever since. I also had 9 ETC sessions about 11/2 years ago. Now I can't remember stuff. It's very hard to describe and the brain surgery takes way to long to explain. Maybe I'll go into it later if you're up for it. You know what my mom watches ghe same soap line up that you do. She worked all her life but she never missed her soaps. You know what I mean She loves herself some Sonny& Carly in GH.  I watch Days of our Lives and that's pretty much it. I hope you are better. This warm weather can't be helping. Especially if it's humid where you live. You know I never tell people where I am or live. You have to be so careful!! Maybe one day. I have been to Alabama before. What major city is close? Or however you need to answer that. yes isn't that a shame about Shania? At least she is still writing and getting ready for another album. I just wish I had one tenth of her energy!

I need to apologize because I didn't see your message from a while back.  I also like country music. I didn't know about Shania's husband until I read what you wrote.  That is a shame. She is such a beautiful person.  I listen to country, rock, (dance music) but I don't dance. I like alot of different music.  The soaps that I watch are; Young & the Restless, All My Children, One Life to Live and General Hospital. My favorite one is Young and the Restless and then One Life to Live.   Again I am so sorry I over looked your message.  I have had some bad and some good days. More bad than good though.   I am ready for a few good days in a row.  If you don't mind me asking...... where do you live in the US? I am in Mathews, AL.  We live in the country.  It is really pretty out here.  Good to hear from you.

Yes I do like Adam Lambert. That is the cute guy who wears all of the beautiful black eyeliner, on idol who didn't win, Correct?  I don't watch the show too much but I try to stay current. I'll tell you a couple of other people I like is Kid Rock, Shania Twain, what a nasty husband that one turned out to be. He (her husband) was sleeping with the best friend/ assistant apparently. Boy would she be so fired!!! But I like her (Shania's) music a lot, its upbeat and catchy, she's so athletic, I watch all of her concerts etc. on T.V., hopefully she'll come back better than before after that fiasco is behind her. I think she is doing a new album or at least writing. She has a letter to her fans on her website. I also like Martina McBride. I like a lot of different music. I even love Garth Brooks!! Where does that man get the enegy? 

The Soaps, my God! I have to plead Guilty! However, I only watch or keep up with Days of our Lives now. I will peep at, All my Children, One Life to Live, and General Hospital, if there is no other option.  Which ones do you like?
