Question: Why can't I upload pictures?

I have been a member for almost a year. I want to upload more pictures, but when I looked under my account and submit items, there is no option for it, as it says there should be according to FAQs. I want to add a background picture, but it also won't load it, and I don't get an error message.

papillion703 213 day ago	I'm having the same problem But it says my picture has to be 500 pixels and I have no idea how to resize it. Gave up!! 0 0 Report
disabledworld 214 day ago	The photo/pictures/gallery area is offline at the moment and is being worked on to increase security in what can be uploaded. The message you are seeing is just a default message that appears when an area is not available. 0 0 Report
ditwtexas 214 day ago	Heavy sigh! I'm thinking this site is not under management or something. You should definately be approved by now. And, I just went to the chat link and see the chat room is now down. This is sad because I really lke what is going on here. If a moderator is here, I offer any assistance you may need. I am willing to volunteer just need to know how I can help. My aa is graphic design and my bs is marketing. This site is invaluable and I'd love to stay here and watch it grow and grow. Balto 215 day ago	I am having the same problem too. I just joined today, so I can understand if I am blocked from adding more pictures and a background picture, but blocking someone that has been a member for almost a year? 1 0 Report
