Question: Losing the tummy weight
Blueberrypi Posted On 05/15/2009 08:44:24

Okay who has the magic pill or exercise to loose the belly weight. I had surgery about a year ago and for me it's "belly gone wild! My doctor explained that the surgeon had to cut through a lot of muscle etc. I get that intellectuallly. My vanity however would like to know how to get the leftovers gone from the scene of the crime. Has anyone found that perfect modified crunch? Or has anyone found a fat burining pill that really works and is safe?

I do side bends while watching certain programs or during commercials, and I do some crunches from the chair and in my bed while siting on the side. I can't do the floor, my knee would not like it! Fell on it and tore a miniscus couple of years ago. Have a gym membership......! I really don't have to be Prom Queen fit. Been there done that. I'd just like some sensible solutions or suggestions to help with my motivation. Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Blueberrypi,

Welcome to DW first, great to see new faces and just the" best place " to be , the people are super here, friendly and out of this world..

Second :O) There is no magic pills, no miracle drugs :O) sorry to say ~ IT is all about small portion control, proper diet, reduce sweets, white products, greasy thangs :O) along with all the exercise you can get in , making these changes a permanent "lifestyle" change :O)

It is not easy, comfy and requires a bit O "Pain" at first tho with time that improves and is well worth the effort and lifestyle change :) but consistency and disipline is KEY with no excuses or thinking I can skip today and begin it tomorrow :O)

Took me forever to make this a "priority" for ME, and wow has it paid off and wow do I feel better and so anxious for my walking sessions and new lean mean menu ;)

Thus best of luck on your Venture should this be the route for you :) Be well, keep the spirit and Enjoy again Welcome :)

ohyojj ~
