How disgusting, and with an original order concerning your records, I hope you discussed this with the nearest Social Security Office to you.. If these records have been tampered with I hope you have some documentation to prove otherwise be from a Dr and or in house records being  you have fought so long..

IF not then I but can suggest you contact the Congress person that Represents you with a copy of same to the Senator of your Disctrict or area and ask for their Immeidate help concerning this matter..
