Question: How do I resize photos to where they will fit my profile? When I try and add a photo to my profile, it says the size is too large.

I'm new to this site and when I tried to add a photo to my profile I couldn't because it said the photo I was trying to use was too large.  How do I go about reducing the size of photos?
