A few years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. At long last there was an explanation for all the pain and depression and sleep disturbances I was experiencing. Now at least I know it wasn't all in my head! But that doesn't make the pain and tension go away. So far, the best remedy has been reflexology. Does anyone have any other suggestions for how to reduce the pain and tension (other than medication--I'm on enough of that, thank you)? ... Read More
