This message I'm sending to you, was sent to me my Cesily's Husband.
Hi its Richie, Ces had the ablation done on Thursday and turned into a code blue she had gone into cardiac arrest midway and had to be paddled in efforts to save her life. while all this is going on the ablation laser ended up being stuck in her right leg due to the main artery in the area collapsing by this time she was alert again and the surgeons had no other options while awake and no pain meds to numb the area cut into her leg and remove the ablation laser. Needless to say, my wife is the bravest person I know and kept it together while they proceeded on. Keep in mind she was without any meds and fully alert while this is going on. The whole ordeal took around 5hrs and almost 100 doctors,nurses, surgeons and all other staff to save her. they admitted her into ICU and kept tabs on her through out the weekend still without any pain medication and 40 stitches to the leg my little navy princess pulled through and finally was given the ok early this am to come home. You are probably asking why no pain meds? pain medication slows the heart rate and at the time she already had flat lined the only way to remove the laser was to do this with out anything and fully awake. There is no one to blame here the doctors all took part in saving her and really that is all that matters to me. The ablation was done and the clots were removed. We are home. Ces is resting and our phones are still out I can't swing it we are buried knee deep in debt. She loves you guys and it did take me awhile to answer but I did.
