New to Disabled World. I'm Joe and live in Cocoa Beach, FL. I have neuropathy in my legs causing me to get around on crutches or wheelchair. That doesn't slow me down too much...I'm a very active scuba instructor. I'm certified to teach people with disabilities to dive through the Handicapped Scuba Association.

About 3 years ago, I retired from NASA working as an engineer for them 29 years!
