I did something very stupid yesterday, I walked to the mall (instead of taking a taxi)  it's only 4 blocks from where I live.  I'm always testing the boundaries, some days are good and I can walk to get exercise and some days are not so good.  So today is not a good day at all.  It seems like it takes forever for the muscles and such to relax and settle down.  Sometimes it even initiates an episode when I wasn't having any.

What type of Exercise can be done with MS? Anyone know?  Thanks

Shai I am also suffering the issues of walking. It seems the more yopu walk the more you pay for it in the end. I find that and exercise bike or a skiing machine works well for me. But I take it very easily as I dont want to make matters worsae...

I understand Mitch, all I'm doing now is resting and sleep if I can get to sleep to allow the legs to relax.   Thanks Mitch for replying.   I hope you go in remission soon.  Better yet, I pray for a cure for this torturous disease.

My friend was told gentle stretching was ok-- if tolerated--She has MS--As always cases are different--but worth a try--"pushing" works for none it seems--Gently does it--Many have learned alot is 'trial and error'--until one can see their limitation levels--Good luck

Thank you Sadie, I will try gentle stretching for now and when I get over this episode I will put my other brain in my head so I don't repeat the mistake.  lol
