For Windows Vista users who may need to know the time in several different world time zones

Click the time in the right hand bottom task bar

Click "Change date and time settings"

Click the "Additional Clocks" tab

Configure 2 more time zones to display

Click Apply then OK

Now when you hover over the task bar clock, or click the task bar clock, you will see your new clocks showing the configured time zones.
