luvnola,  I'm new on this DW and read you little write-up and saw you little picture. . . I was just wondering, I hope that you castly condition wasn't caused by those 2 dogs of yours.  You had better give them some doggie bones a little more often if so.       I'm also 47 and am from San Diego.  I was thinking of getting a specially trained dog for my condition - epilepsy.  I have heard that they have specially trained dogs now that can some how sence the on-coming of a seizure that might give me just enough time (seconds) to prepare for it's coming.  For instance PUT THAT ELECTRIC CIRCULAR SAW DOWN!  or GET DOWN FROM THAT TREE!, etc...  Both of those did actually happen to me accept I didn't have any dog to warn me.  But I don't think that a dog is for me.  I have a good enough time with my pet hummingbirds.  They're still wild, but as the weeks went by I had gradually moved the feeders from the porch to inside the house.  I then gradually moved them across my living room to where I sit.  Now I can actually be sitting in my chair with the feeder in my hands!   Jeff

I   haven't disappeared or fallen off the face of the  earth.  I had surgery and am still in a body cast/brace from waist down.  Would you let our game champion know?  I cannot sit to get on computer.  Laptop also too difficult.  Thanks for keeping up with me and caring.

Hey Eileen,

How's it going?  I'm okay thanks.  Let me know when you have your surgery - not nice but necessary.  Have a good weekend and enjoy the gaming.

Hey,

What's up? I am really working on hoispital time now. You know after dinner the rest of the evening is T.V. when you are confined to that hospital room. I'm trying to answer some of the messages and comments, and I feel as if a nurse is headed my way with a breathing treatment.  Well I refuse at this time thank you very much!

Not that it's too personal at all... The questions you asked are all YES!YES!YES! You KNEW just what TO ASK!! So many people just don't "get it".

I knew after I read your first message to me, you were a caring, genuine, funny/crazy, empathetic individual.  I felt an instant connection with you.  (you were also the first to request my friendship) You have already given me more than you know.  I want to share what is going, but life has been so stressful... and it will be like writing an epic LOL

Hope you enjoyed your trip... I'm out of the loop on that one...  By the time you rest up...  maybe i will have finished typing my sagaas you can see i tend to ramble a lot...

anyway peace out my friend

Hey E,

That's cool! Answer when you can. Or not if it's too personal. I just got back today and am checking all my emails etc. I may be offline for a bit anyway. I need to recover. Dang I can't travel like I used to.

Hey E,

I am so back! Yes the recovery took a minute or more like a week almost! Caught a bug. Flu or something. Maybe God was reminding me not to have too much fun. But I did. It's out and I feel better. I had so many steroids I bet I can pull up a small tree with my bare hands though. I think I might enjoy it!! There has got to be a better protocol than pump them full of steroids and antiboitotics for bronchitis and all the other itis's. It's really poisonous to your system and the real ugly truth is that after they wear off it's all down hill from there. Will catch up more later. Hope you're feeling better!
