ABOUT ME: (The way God designed me )
I’am Tilak Rajakaruna (55+) Married with Sunila Poholiyadda.We have two sons and a daughter .Elder son has finished studies and is employed while the other two are still studying.We live in the outskirts of Kandy, the second largest city of Sri Lanka. My beloved wife, Sunila and I come from a staunch Buddhist background.

Now we are Converted Christians having great testimonies in Lord Jesus Christ. At present we attend the .Kandy Baptist Church. I work in the Engineering Faculty of the University of Peradeniya,Sri Lanka I have Completed a Service of 25Years As my third carier after leaving school,while Sunila is a home maker.

Besides these wonderful life changing experience, I have to keep going , may be with some hindrances after a serious brain surgery underwent in 2004 October,which caused to totally paralytic and now getting gradual recovery by exercises,psiotheraphy etc., still remain some partially(left side) disabilities . As unbalanced standing, I Manage to get around with the aid of a stick, Left hand is stiffened and not able to get straightened, fingers are curled and can not get straightned. Still I’am in hard with my day to day work but getting closer to my Lord Jesus. In His grace I was able to attend backMy Officesince 2005/12/22 to date. Travel; in a taxi,expose to society and perform some duties to the degree I can at the Office, comfort me in spending the day time . Probably I will have to terminate my job reluctantly in next year March,even before the 'retirement age' as the work place looks for a Physically capable one instead of me, with certain disabilities. yes Today is my 56th Birth day I'm now retired from the university from yesterday because of my disability. My new career Started involves with translating English Books and Articles into my native language'Sinhala' staying at home itself. I feel its more productive than earlier.
